QA Supervisor - Dong Nai (8-Month Contract)

• Provide effective establishment, implementation, application and continuous improvement of QRA initiatives, agenda, principles and requirements in alignment and compliance with Global QRA strategy and Regional QRA initiatives.
• Manage the delivery of Central QRA responsibilities in the given area of responsibility:
+ Delivery of Quality related training
+ External / Customer audit support & liaison
+ Service Quality Metric Initiatives- monitoring, investigations & actions
+ Start Up project support
+ Maintain key operational documentation in relevant tools and distribute to operational staff
+ Support performance of FMEA for work instructions
+ Conduct Self- Assessment & CAPA management
+ Conduct Site audit processes
• Act as a QA Central with the OE teams to ensure that site managed QRA is successfully executed and that effective standards are delivered (e.g. DHL Quality BASICS, Global Quality Standards, ISO 9001 where applicable, etc.).
