QC ENGINEER

Tracking performance of QC members in accordance with 5S standards.
Receive and ensure that the inspection standards used on site are valid and used correctly.
Handling product quality issues in line, detect serial abnormalities, initial investigation to find out non- compliance in process then inform to CFTs.
Create & update the QC WIs, QC Examination Tests.
Tracking / fulfil / update other manual reports of QC section following QC Manager’s directions.
Record documents/evidence of QC training activities.
OQC defect analysis/investigation and corrective action verification.
Support QC Manager to record and document for evaluation effectiveness of trial/improvement action in mass production.
Inspection of products and processes in accordance with standards, verify the implementation status and effect of the training.
Create / update / correct the 5S standards of all QC stations.
Checking the suitability, feasibility of QC documents received from CFTs (SIP/WI/Checksheet).
Create / maintain training tracking system that accordance with IATF standards & customer requirements.
Follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.

At least 1- 2 years experiences at ISO / IMS / Document control positions.
College or Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Good English reading and writing skills.
