QC Engineer (ERP domain)

Job Description:

Participate in test planning, estimating testing efforts, and defining test strategies.
Ensure test documentation is maintained, updated, and aligned with project standards.
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and test scripts.
Actively participate in requirement review, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Support UAT, release validation, and post- release testing.
Perform manual testing types including functional, regression, integration, UI, and system testing.
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Job Requirements:

Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and manual testing methodologies.
Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential issues or inconsistencies.
Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test documentation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
High attention to detail and strong problem- solving abilities.
Basic SQL skills for data checking and validation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
