QC Team Leader

 To perform other duties assigned by management level
 Make analysis of the historical records and previous documentation products for future reference
 Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., production, engineering, purchasing, sales) to resolve quality- related issues and ensure a smooth production process.
 Obtain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.
 Input Material Quality Control: Evaluate and inspect raw materials (e.g., steel wire) to ensure they meet quality standards before mass production.
 Instruct and train QC staff on processes, quality standards, implementation methods, and the use of testing tools and equipment
 Defect Analysis and Resolution.
 Product Quality Control: Conduct product inspections and evaluations at various stages of the production process to detect defects early. Obtaining quality in products.
 Production Process Monitoring: Track and monitor spring production stages, ensuring compliance with established processes and quality standards, including checking technical specifications, dimensions, tolerances, strength, ETC.
 Recommend reprocessing of low- quality product
 Make a good Communication and Relationship with QC of Customer
 Keeping checklist inspection process
 Verify TDS/MSDS data is in accordance with the standards required by TSV
 Ensuring the quality of finished goods meet quality standards ISO and customer&039;s requirements
 Implement the internal or external calibration of measuring instruments and test equipment used according to the schedule and documenting the result
 Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests performed on the product
