【Job description】
- Check the quality of finished products according to customer standards
- Monitor product quality on the line, and report problems that arise on the line.
- Receive defect information, analyze the root cause, and take measures to fix and prevent errors arising on the production line.
- Prepare quality reports to send to customers
- Make daily quality reports and send them to the office according to regulations.

- Graduated from a college or higher with a major in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- Can go on a business trip
- At least 5- 7 years of experience in Merchandising jobs in the Textile industry (with Japanese customers)
- Willing to work at the factory (Vinh Phuc)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good at Japanese (From N2 Level) and able to communicate in English
