- Receive and handle customer complaints, synthesize information and report to direct management- Test returns, determine return status and relevance of return responses- Coordinate with the technical department to investigate and analyze the cause of the failure- Based on the analysis results of the technical department: identify the responsible department; issuing notices requesting remediation of quality problems; monitoring and analyzing the causes, remedies and completion deadlines of relevant departments; confirm the effectiveness of improvements and appropriate precautions.- Collecting, analyzing and statistically statistical data on quality issues arising from the market- Handle customer complaints and returns, compile feedback records, prepare and send required reports when necessary- Understand the goals and targets of the quality and environmental management system and be able to identify important environmental factors of their departments.- To be incharge of ISO system- Perform other tasks related to work as assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or bachelor graduation in Quality Management, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related specialties.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position or field- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.- Ability to read and understand English documents and communicate fluently in English will be an advantage.- Good communication skills, good coordination, ability to analyze and solve problems- Good teamwork spirit, ability to withstand high work pressure
