Understand the goals and targets of the quality and environmental management system and be able to identify important environmental factors of their departments.
Based on the analysis results of the technical department: identify the responsible department; issuing notices requesting remediation of quality problems; monitoring and analyzing the causes, remedies and completion deadlines of relevant departments; confirm the effectiveness of improvements and appropriate precautions.
Collecting, analyzing and statistically statistical data on quality issues arising from the market
Coordinate with the technical department to investigate and analyze the cause of the failure
Receive and handle customer complaints, synthesize information and report to direct management
Perform other tasks related to work as assigned by superiors
To be incharge of ISO system
Handle customer complaints and returns, compile feedback records, prepare and send required reports when necessary
Test returns, determine return status and relevance of return responses
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Ability to read and understand English documents and communicate fluently in English will be an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position or field
Good communication skills, good coordination, ability to analyze and solve problems
Good teamwork spirit, ability to withstand high work pressure
Bachelor graduation in Quality Management, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics or related specialties.
