Perform pre- service and post- service quality inspections: food presentation, portion consistency, allergen labeling, and buffet/display standards.
Support SOP implementation and internal audits for food handling, storage, preparation, and service processes.
Verify cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment before and after service.
Monitor FIFO rotation, labeling, expiry dates, and storage conditions in all storage areas; report any non- conformities.
Support food safety and hygiene training for F&B staff when required.
Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, quality specifications, and expiry dates; document and report non- conforming items.
Maintain inspection records and reports (temperature logs, checklists, non- conformance reports) and submit summaries to the F&B Director.
Conduct daily food safety checks: temperature monitoring, sanitation verification, and critical control point (CCP) compliance.
Ensure hygiene and grooming compliance of kitchen and service staff (uniform, hand hygiene, hairnets, gloves, jewelry policy).
