Quality control - QC

Our Client is looking for a Quality Control (QC) whom can do:
Responsibilities

Work with the SQE to verify the implementation of ECRN and CAPA at the workshop.
Conduct stock re- inspection as requested.
Perform open carton audits for key customers before shipment, prepare inspection reports, and take photos to monitor the container loading process if necessary.
Other tasks as required.
100% inspection at responsible workshops or suppliers, including taking photos and preparing inspection reports if needed.
Check key processes defined by the SQE for key items at the workshop.

Competencies/Skills required

Knowledge of professional fabric, leather, metal, and marble materials is a plus.
Able to accept business travel.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in the 7 QC tools.
High level of integrity, hardworking, teamwork spirit, initiative, honesty, detail- oriented, and willing to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience

At least 3 years of QC experience in a manufacturing industry such as metal or garment, in a quality engineering role...
Knowing Chinese and having the ability to use it language is a plus.
