Quality Engineer

Work Location: Nhơn Trạch 1, Đồng Nai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, control plans, and standards to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.This role drives problem- solving, continuous improvement, and cross- functional collaboration to enhance overall manufacturing quality performance.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues, support projects, and improve overall process performance.
Support customer complaint handling, internal audits, and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, and provide data- driven recommendations to improve process and product quality.
Lead quality issue resolution using tools such as RCA, 8D, CAPA, and FMEA, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve yield.
Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS), control plans, SOPs, and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience in process control, customer quality, and QMS.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Good analytical and problem- solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 5Why, 8D, CAPA).
Good command of English.
