Quality Engineer

Setup processes for IPQC including preparation of quality control plan, sampling plan, process audit, FAI (first article inspection), non- conforming product disposition, data collection and analysis, etc
Work closely with CQA and SQA to coordinate customer complaints to drive effective corrective and preventive actions from relevant functions, and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
Support problem solving/troubleshooting in mass production. Carry out experimentation, process capability studies or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality
Work closely with cross- functional teams to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.
Lead NPD projects from design to customer ensure avoid quality issues as much as possible

Education:
College or above degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field
Experience:
Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D etc. Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
Strong skills in problem analysis and solving
PC skills required (MS Office, Outlook etc.).
Minimum 4 years of working experience in Quality field related to metal, plastic, electrical or electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and pro- actively
Team player with positive approach
Knowledge:
Understand well quality&039;s responsibility
English fluently communication is a must
Functional Skills:
Good at analysis skills (familiar with technical analysis method- 3w5w, fish bone, 4M,...)
Computer office skills (excel, ppt, Power BI,...)
Time Management skills.
