Quality Engineer (Upto Manager)

Prepare and present quality reports and documentation.
Implement and maintain process monitoring. Change control system (SPC, CCN, VMS)
Implement and maintain QMS (Quality Management System)
Handle FATP feedback on quality issues and customer audit
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met
Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF16949 standards.
Conductive line validation and HVM readiness audit.
Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards.
Participate in internal and external audits.

Office software operation skills
Familiar with quality system & QC (Quality Control) tools
Understanding about the failure mechanism after physical / Electrical stress test is preferred
Self- motivator and ownership
English skill (Speaking/Listening/writing) is mandatory
Good communication skills and teamwork
Basic knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001
Knowledge of assembly processes & technology
