About the Role
As our internal Quality Auditor, you&039;ll be a vital link between our vendors and internal teams. Proactively shaping and upholding the quality and safety standards behind every product.
This role lives on the production floor. You&039;ll build trust- based relationships with production, R&D and quality teams, develop deep process knowledge, and catch quality issues at the source. Reporting to the Sr. Quality Manager in Asia, you&039;ll collaborate daily with teams across Canada, USA and Asia.

What You&039;ll Do
• Lead quality meetings with vendor teams
• Perform product and process audits – in- process, finished goods, and post- pack inspections
• Facilitate cross- functional problem- solving sessions (8D, 5- Why) — driving vendor teams to root
• Validate Engineering Changes and flag unapproved modifications
• Identify and report non- conformances; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain compliance documentation for certified products
• Support the industrialization of new products and the quality lab test implementation

• Prepare and support external certification audits
• Train and qualify factory quality inspectors and auditors
