We are a Canadian- owned global homeware design and manufacturing company with operations in China, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, South America and Europe. We have an international team of in- house designers and a global network, with our products available in over 120 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Address root cause of quality problems, assist in working on corrective and preventative plans, and follow up execution.
Take full charge of WIP and Production process improvement.
Conduct Quality inspection at vendors and provide inspection report.
Assist in product test & customer complaints.

Desired Skills and Experience:

High integrity, responsible, honest, hardworking and willing to travel.
Open minded and can adapt to changes.
Manufacturing knowledge of wood, metal, plastic
Speaking Chinese is definitely a highly preferred advantage
Familiar with office Word, Excel and Photo Edit.
Experience in US, Europe, Japan houseware products inspection, inspection experience for north American retailer is a plus. Familiar with AQL process.
English literate is a must, can communicate in English in daily work. Can speak either Chinese or Vietnamese.
Communicate clearly.
