Quality Inspector (Chinese)

Process Optimization: Contribute ideas to improve inspection procedures and workflow templates to enhance overall performance.
Customer Feedback Follow- up: Support the resolution of product complaints and ensure preventive measures are in place.
Component Quality: Check and confirm the compliance of key components with internal quality standards, ensuring no unauthorized modifications.
Production Oversight: Monitor daily production activities, prepare detailed inspection summaries, and highlight any risks or improvement opportunities.
Data Accuracy: Audit supplier inspection data and reports to verify reliability and consistency.
Final Inspection & Delivery: Execute product inspection and shipment plans to maintain high quality and timely delivery schedules.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in quality control or quality assurance within home appliances or electronics manufacturing (Open for fresher).
Flexible, hardworking, and willing to travel frequently as required.
Proficient in Chinese
Excellent teamwork, accountability, and communication skills with cross- functional teams.
Hands- on experience in product inspection, testing, and reporting for finished household appliances.
Familiar with quality management systems, tools, and continuous improvement principles.
College degree or higher.
Knowledge of relevant safety and performance standards for household electronics.
Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving ability, and a proactive approach to issues.
