This role focuses on ensuring product quality and delivering technical support to customers. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints through the CXI (Customer Experience Improvement) process, investigating product- related issues, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to implement corrective actions. The position plays a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in product performance and reliability.

Major Duties
• Support Dealers/other sections in solving technical issues
• Handle product quality with Dealers & Mitsubishi Motors Corporation
• Handle customers’ complaints with Dealers
• Instruct Dealers to improve service quality knowledge and skills
Minor Duties
• Follow up techline KPI
• Issue techline news
• Hold techline meeting with Dealers
• Release Technical Service Letter (TSL) to Dealers
