• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
• Develop and manage quality control processes (IQC / IPQC / FQC / OQC)
• Establish and implement quality and compliance systems aligned with IKEA IWAY & GONOGO standards
• Lead customer audits and factory assessments
• Build and manage the quality team and training systems
