Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a Quality Management System to ensure consistent application of quality standards across operations.
• Receive, manage, and resolve inquiries regarding product quality, as well as customer complaints related to product quality.
• Support new product development (NPD) with quality planning and validation activities.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, control plans, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality documentation.
• Advise General Manager on quality control, improvement, and product quality enhancement.
• Oversee end- to- end quality management for assigned strategic vendors.
• Establishing methods of supervision and handling of inappropriate products.
• Any additional requirements by General Manager.
• Collaborate cross- functionally to resolve quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for internal and customer quality issues.
