Quality Manager - Automotive Parts

Fully responsible for the factory’s quality system, audits, supplier quality, and customer quality management, ensuring alignment with international automotive standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead 8D corrective actions for customer complaints and manage PPM improvement programs.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers, handling abnormalities and audit responses.
• Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and other new product introduction processes.
• Establish and maintain quality management systems (IATF16949/ISO9001) and ensure compliance during internal and external audits.
• Supervise IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC and metrology operations to ensure inspection accuracy and traceability.

13- month salary, Performance Bonus, Annual Leave, etc.
