Ensure compliance with brand standards, sales policies, and company procedures at all times.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the resort’s overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Represent the resort in overseas sales trips, trade shows, and networking events targeting Korean and Chinese/Taiwan markets.
Lead, mentor, and supervise Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Coordinators to drive performance and ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
Take ownership of key market segments including Corporate, MICE, OTA, Government, and International Markets (Korea, China, Taiwan).
Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and revenue performance reports for senior management review.
Identify new market opportunities and drive market penetration strategies to strengthen the resort’s positioning in both domestic and international markets.
Manage high- value key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to maximize revenue contribution and long- term collaboration.
Analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and demand trends to recommend pricing and sales strategies in coordination with the Director of Sales.
Develop and expand business opportunities within the Korean and Chinese/Taiwan markets through strategic partnerships with travel agencies, wholesalers, DMCs, and corporate accounts.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong network with Korean travel agencies, Chinese/Taiwan tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate partners is a significant advantage.
Minimum 5–7 years of hospitality sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior sales role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort.
Solid understanding of international travel trends, cultural expectations, and distribution channels for these markets.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and developing a sales team.
Proven experience handling Korean market and/or Chinese/Taiwan market segments is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and forecasting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Korean or Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
