 Ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff.
 Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting applications and database management software.
 Knowledge of shop operations including; merchandising, inventory management, pricing and discounting strategy, and purchasing strategy.
 Basic understanding of the Rules of Golf, golf handicapping systems and golf tournament formats.
 Ability to relate to staff and golfers from a variety of backgrounds.
 Possess good financial and business acumen.
 Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
 Ability to multi task and mange time effectively.
 Good understanding of golf terminology.
 Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
 Good service standard skills.

• Bằng cấp chuyên ngành liên quan.
• Tối thiểu 1- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương;

Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp và thăng tiến;
