• Coordinates with Executive Chef to ensure that all items of food meet desired image and quality and also for the developments of special promotions.
• Responsible for all equipment and the general condition of the Outlet. Liaise with Maintenance to ensure the area is in excellent condition.
• Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of the outlets by liaising with Housekeeping.
• Coordinates the activities of Shiftleaders and Wait Staff to ensure most effective service to customers.
• Ensures control of operating expenses, wages and benefits and cost of sales.
• Handling complaints from guests in a pleasant and efficient manner, to ensure guests satisfaction.
• Responsible for the checking of all stock, requisitions and equipment daily.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient Management skills.
- 1- 2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
- Problem solving, organizational and training abilities.
- Good command of English communication.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
