JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the overall operations of the Spa department, ensuring exceptional service quality, maximizing revenue, and developing a high- performing team through effective training and leadership. The Spa Manager is responsible for strategic planning, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICE QUALITY & OPERATIONS
Develop and update spa service menus and packages based on market trends and guest preferences.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular inspections of spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and ambiance.
Ensure consistent delivery of high- quality spa services aligned with brand standards.
REVENUE & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Manage inventory and procurement of spa products efficiently.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize spa revenue and profitability.
Monitor daily sales, service bookings, and retail performance.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and packages.
Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & TRAINING
Develop career paths and succession plans for spa staff.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Lead, motivate, and manage the spa team to achieve performance goals.
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
ADMINISTRATION
Ensure proper scheduling and shift planning to optimize manpower.
Maintain accurate records of staff training, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and reports.
Oversee compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
