Quản Lý Vận Chuyển - Transport Manager

The Transportation Manager for Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc property is responsible for overseeing the professional day- to- day operation for the Transportation department. Creates a transportation experience for the guest that is flawless and refined in nature. Hires, trains and empowers employees who provide exceptional service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc property.

Responsibilities

Coordinating flight schedules and helicopterflights with ground transportation, scheduling regular road transportation.
Research cutting- edge Transportation services and then create, train and maintain these services where maximum revenue is being generated, costs are being controlled and guest expectations are being surpassed.
In charge of transportation with a major breakthrough in the transport of helicopter, land and sea and handling all the transportation with a strong network relationship with authorities and related industries.
Hire, train, motivate, and provide ongoing communication to staff to deliver first- class service with unmatched elegance and professionalism while promoting a culture of accountability.
Communicate with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.
Provide strategic direction for the department and proactively convey guidelines for staff that shape the unparalleled standards expected.
Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives and established safety and security standards.
Produce and/or assist in the preparation of annual budgets and operation forecasts; produce regular and special reports; maintain required records and files.
In charge of excellent transportation (helicopter, land and ferry transportation, …) and tour logistics for hotel and casino guests from the airport to the site and vice versa.
Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.

Microsoft Office knowledge required
Strong commercial mindset to deal with service providers to ensure a high- class standard service in coordinating services of helicopter, land and ferry transportation
Minimum of 5 years of experience in working and management of transportation services
Good management and organization skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Bachelor degree or above
Good English communication skills
Professional appearance
Manage department budget and ensure that expenses are maintained well
Has strong network relationships with authorities and suppliers
