- Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
- To be responsible for the banquet department&039;s financial impact on the monthly department profit & loss statement.
- To implement a departmental daily training program.
- To supervise the banquet employee team to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- To be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
- Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and efficient cost expenditure.
- To be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- To develop and implement employee & supervisor training plans quarterly in conjunction with human resources department.
- To respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
- To be responsible for all aspects of employee management including hiring and discipline in conjunction with the director of food and beverage.
- To coordinate timely, effective staff briefings to ensure correct information is being passed through to service staff and those superior service standards are being maintained.
- To liaise with events and sales to ensure that the client&039;s requirements are satisfactorily met and if possible exceeded.
- Directly responsible for the banquet & meeting room area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
- Enforce company sanitation checklist by having all restaurants inspected on a monthly basis.
Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Good knowledge of beverages, decoration, fabric, and creativity
Proficient computer literate and management skills.
At least 2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
