- Handle online order in daily basis to complete all orders in time with effective quality of work.
- Overall manage service section of Customer Service Department in providing efficient, satisfactory
- Responsible for monitoring online orders to achieve online Sales target, delegate job to staff to monitor, confirm orders and customer service for better sales approach.Set up the stores online sales target plan to suggest solutions to achieve the target, change or suggest appropriate operational methods to achieve the target
- Leader Cashier is responsible for effectively training, supervising, and directing subordinates through daily cashiering activities to ensure smooth operation and enhance customer’s shopping experience
Escalate of all problems/ complains to assure they are satisfactory resolved.

&039;- To manage group to handle online orders in daily basis to complete all orders in time with effective quality of work&039;- To ensure all customers’ inquiries from various touch points (hotline, email, fanpage comment & message) are handled on time with appropriate manner.&039;- Oversee the resolution of any arising issues orders, system, app&039;- Manage operation flow well for all team , include Picker, Delivery staff, ...&039;- Follow key performance indicators (Sales revenue, number of Orders, % cancellation before & after handover to delivery).&039;- Follow up and take actions to achieve target sale
&039;- Opening & closing store, balancing safe room.&039;- Be on duty and act as Store Manager’s roles when Store Manager’s not present at work (i.e. is on leave or on business trip).&039;- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager.
&039;- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.&039;- Check, monitor, remind and guide Division Leader(s), Group Leader to follow the rules and regulations.
&039;- Be aware of current sales promotions and make sure the information is briefed to Cashier staff in daily briefing session&039;- Frequently check, identify issues and coordinate with Merchandising Dept. and other Store Operation Depts to ensure that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed in adequate quantity and good quality.&039;- Maintain all Point of Sale (POS) machines, tools and equipment in good working condition.&039;- Safeguard and control all forms of money such as: cash, gift vouchers, coupons, stamps in accordance with company policies&039;- Investigate and correct errors made at the cash registers in a timely manner; report errors to Store Manager.&039;- Assist subordinates in difficult/complicated cases at Cashier counters.
&039;- Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation between CS division and Cashier division to achieve target and maximum productivity.&039;- Plan Monthly Division’s duty roster and manpower schedule.&039;- Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad- hoc situations.&039;- Monitor Division Leader(s), Group Leader(s)’ attendance and attire.&039;- Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by Group Leader(s).&039;- Be responsible for Division Leader(s) and Group Leader’s performance.&039;- Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.&039;- Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.&039;- Build and promote team work spirit
&039;- Issue CS management standard of AVN be applied properly by CS staff&039;- Monitor money, promotional goods, promotion gift to make sure they are used properly and for right purposes.&039;- Brief all subordinates about promotion schemes to ensure clear understanding and proper execution.&039;- Oversee the resolution of any arising issues regarding locker, VAT invoices and customer point scheme.&039;- Daily monitor and ensure all working tools and equipment of the section are adequate and in good conditions.&039;- Resolve customers’ complaints and follow up until the case is close&039;- Monitor all kinds of CS section’s reports.&039;- Identified & timely report to SM about cashier complain case&039;- Improve service of all departments.

University degree
Good command of verbal English
&039;Good communication skill.
Leadership: Acting leadership by example.
At least 4 years experience, including 2 year experience as Chief Cashier or 2 years experience as Group Leader- Cashier in Supermarket/ Shopping center
