R&D Engineer (Up to manager)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare buy- off reports (e.g., MBO, LBO) for customer approval
Follow semiconductor package processes and procedures on the production line
Troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions to improve yield
Conduct DOE (Design of Experiments), perform data analysis
Optimize PKG processes & materials (Mold, Laser, SBA, Saw, AVI/FVI)

Educational background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering

Experiences:

More than 3 years’ experience of Electrical, Electronics and Automation Engineering
Preference Experience in Semiconductor or EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry

Skills:

English Communication Skill mandatory, Korean preference
Analytical and problem- solving skills
Good attitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
Experience in FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
Knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
Experience with basic programming knowledge
