JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for researching and developing beverage recipes for GS25 in- store counters. Create new drink concepts, improve existing menus, and ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and operational feasibility across all stores.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and improve beverage menus periodically and based on business needs.
Control and optimize raw material costs while ensuring product quality meets company standards.
Work with the Merchandise and QA&QC teams to monitor the quality of raw materials and ensure compliance with company standards.
Research, improve, and develop new beverage recipes aligned with customer preferences.
Coordinate with the Training and QA&QC teams to develop and guide beverage preparation processes at stores.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and review competitor products to plan new drink menus and launches.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education and Knowledge
Strong knowledge of various beverage categories, especially coffee.
Diploma or higher in Bartending, Beverage, or related fields.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a barista or bartender, preferably in restaurant chains, hotels, or beverage chains.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to analyze, quantify, and optimize costs effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong beverage preparation skills.
Good communication skills.
Creative mindset with understanding of chain store operations.
Ability to create new menus and improve products based on market trends and customer demand.
Other Characteristics
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
