Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for an R&D Manager(Footwear, $4000, ID14828)Research andtest to create products that meet requirementsDeploy product production processes and monitor, adjustand supplementRecommend choosing suppliers andappropriate raw materials.Oversee the entire process of developing products, ensuring the company achieves its research and product development goalsBased on product development information,do analysis and evaluation activities tosupport other departments to understand and perform the following work wellRegularly update information related to the project, identify target markets and information related to the projectVerify the accuracy of the collected informationAnalyze and synthesize information into understandable informationResearchtheneeds and future direction of thecustomerSuperviseand manageall new product and process development activitiesMake plans,testing, and actual production.Track and manage costs related to productsSuggest the Board of Directors make decisions on choosing appropriate product development directionsManageand superviseemployees&039; performance in the departmentSupport recruitment and training of employees for the R&D department

Have from 05 years of working experience in a similar position at shoe form, chemical,shoe lining manufacturing company.
Male/Female. Under 40 years old
Fluent in English
Bachelor&039;s Degree in the major of Chemistry or related fields
Good knowledge and experience of footwear processes manufacturing and footwearchemicals industry
