R&D Staff

Cooperate with Purchasing division to request or update new material from Suppliers to increase Product&039;s quality and decrease Product&039;s cost.
Supervise Trial run of new material & product.
Cooperate with Production Technical Center & Production division to propose R&D project for Production line, efficiency & Quality.
Improving the current products to meet customer&039;s demand.
Request QA Center to check & provide needed information about Product & Material from Competitors.
Summarize all information and propose Improvement recommendation.
Cooperate with Sales Department & Marketing to collect information, samples for checking, analyzing & define Product&039;s standard.
Researching and developing for new products based on market, customer&039;s requirement, or from managers.

* Working conditions:

Workplace: Cu Chi Dist., HCMC (shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City).
Working hour: 08:00- 17:30 (Monday- Friday).

Language: Proficient in English or Chinese.
Ability to work with local and overseas suppliers.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
Understand certification requirements and be able to do certify to ensure in production and export.
University graduation.
Knowledgeable the quality standards of the finished product.
Ability to work with related departments and synthesis projects.
Knowledgeable about medical masks machines, from regular to high- class or special types.
