R&D Staff

Job Purpose
Support the R&D Supervisor in research and development activities, including new product development, product improvement, material evaluation, and OEM/ODM product projects to ensure product quality and meet market requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with related departments such as Production, QA, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing during product development and testing processes.
Prepare documentation for product and material applications, including testing plans and evaluation reports.
Perform other tasks assigned by the R&D Supervisor or management.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to R&D activities in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Collect and analyze information related to market trends, product performance, and technical specifications to support R&D projects.
Assist the R&D Supervisor in implementing R&D activities related to product development and material evaluation.
Monitor trial run results and summarize data to support product improvement and optimization.
Conduct research and support the development of new products, product improvements, and new SKUs.
Conduct material testing and diaper application testing to evaluate product performance and quality.
Participate in and support trial runs for new products, improved products, new materials, and OEM/ODM products.
Perform product testing and evaluation, including internal products and competitor products.

Workplace: Lot A1- 6, N5 Street, Tay Bac Cu Chi t Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)
Working hour: 08:00- 17:30 (Monday- Friday)
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Experience

At least 1 years of experience in R&D, product development, or quality testing in a manufacturing environment (experience in FMCG or hygiene products is an advantage).

Knowledge

Understanding of manufacturing processes and product performance standards is preferred.
Basic knowledge of product development processes, material testing, and quality evaluation.

Skills

Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and responsible.
Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
