R&D Supervisor

Other tasks will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Create and analyze prototype samples.
Communicate with relevant internal departments.
Report and record development data.
Research new materials, manufacturing technologies and machinery suppliers for new products.
Conduct development work for commercialization.
Arrange materials for prototype samples and trial work.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing companies using Chinese and English

Company provides transportation from Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach.
College degree or above
Ability to negotiate with external suppliers in Chinese and English for new fastener development.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Knowledge of textile manufacturing and plastic and metal materials.
Strong conversational and writing skills in Chinese and English.
Project management skills, leadership, and information- gathering ability.
