Perform receptionist duties
Team Leader responsibilities:
Liaise and coordinate with Sales, Cashiers, Nurses, Health Check team, IT, Lab, and branches in deploying health check programs.
Implement corporate health check (monitor schedules, create packages, prepare lists, and notify branches of issues related to health check groups).
Train new receptionists; monitor, evaluate, and provide updates to direct management.
Support the team in handling situations (difficult customers, incorrect package pricing, information or service issues, system errors, etc.) and seek approval from supervisors when necessary.
Follow doctors’ schedules and contact them when needed.
Support, assign, and monitor the finalization of health check groups; hand over related documentation.
Arrange the team’s work schedules and coordinate staffing in urgent or unexpected situations.
Monitor monthly inventory and usage of supplies and office stationery.
Oversee reception operations and the team’s tasks.

Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese; additional languages such as Japanese or Korean is a plus.

More than 2 years of working experience in healthcare, service industries as a receptionist or team leader .
College or University degree preferred.
