Assist with company events, internal activities, and travel arrangements when required.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area aligned with company standards.
Collaborate with HR and Admin teams to support smooth office operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 2+ years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative roles.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
