Recreation Manager

Operational Management

Ensure all recreation areas are clean, safe, and well- maintained.
Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve recreation services.
Develop and implement engaging recreational programs for guests of all ages.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage the daily operations of all recreation facilities and activities.

Guest Experience

Promote recreation activities to increase participation and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Create innovative activities and wellness programs that enhance guest engagement.
Interact with guests to understand preferences and respond to feedback professionally.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise recreation team members.
Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to maintain service excellence and safety awareness.
Evaluate staff performance and support professional development.

Financial & Administrative Duties

Prepare departmental budgets and control operational expenses.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
Prepare reports on activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
Monitor revenue opportunities through recreation programs and activities.

Health & Safety

Maintain emergency response readiness and staff safety training.
Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and risk management procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Recreation, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations.
Ability to organize events and recreational programs creatively.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good problem- solving and organizational abilities.
Fluent English communication skills preferred.
