Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
Monitor and control recruitment budget (job ads, agency fees, branding cost) to ensure cost effectiveness.
Recruitment Execution & Talent Pipeline Management
Ensure recruitment compliance with internal policies and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
Conduct reference checks and evaluate candidate suitability.
Act as a key member of the interview panel for critical and managerial positions (if needed).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline database for current and future hiring needs.
Develop, manage database and execute recruitment plans to ensure all vacancies are filled within targeted timelines.
New Store Recruitment Project Management
Lead and coordinate mass hiring projects to ensure on- time store launch.
Build master recruitment plans aligned with store opening timelines.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and manpower readiness.
Identify hiring risks and develop contingency plans.
Recruitment Data, KPI & Reporting Management
Provide data- driven insights and action plans to improve hiring performance.
Prepare recruitment reports for BOD and management review.
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Hiring Volume by Department,...).
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Manage recruitment marketing channels (job sites, social media, referral programs, career fairs).
Build and maintain partnerships with universities and external talent sources.
Evaluate effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and optimize accordingly.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with company growth strategy.
Internal Promotion & Cross- Functional Collaboration
Act as the main contact point between HR and Business Units for all recruitment matters.
Coordinate with C&B to design and improve internal promotion processes.
Team Leadership & Operational Support
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Support daily HR operations when required.
Guide and support recruitment team members/interns (if any) to achieve hiring targets.

Understand job descritions, requirements and company needs to find the best candidates (extensive knowledges of each position would be a plus)
Capability to assess the skills, knowledges and abilities of the cadidates and even draw the deep inside of the human capacity that can oversee the career development and develop the engagement of the Company.
Strong verbal and creative written communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media.
University degree.
Not only view at the current situation to look for a situable candidate but also choose the one who can bring a value to the Company
Effectively manage multiple searches for candidates in different fields.
Minimum 5- 7 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience, with 2- 3 years of leader of small groups, working in retail companies is preferrable.
Creative thinking, Self- Learner & capability to think thoroughly, who can always think what is the best solution to develop the company business
Office Computing literate.
Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
