RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Employer Branding
• Handling end- to- end recruitment process to fulfill all assigned roles in time.
Coordinating closely with all departments to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.
Scheduling and conducting initial interviews with shortlisted individuals.
Proactively sourcing, searching, and screening candidates to deliver a high- quality shortlist.
• Reporting Monthly Employer Branding data.
• Supporting with HR team for Internalcom or Training activities.
• Managing Business Linkedin account’s activities
• Supporting the Recruitment Supervisor in job posting, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and pipeline management.
• Updating and keeping tracking realtime in Recruitment process.
Administrative & HR General support
• Scheduling HR Induction & Brand Training for new employees.
• Keeping the inner database up to date: Employee data, Employee profile, etc.
• Onboarding process: Preparing new joiner announcements, Offer Letters, Internal Agreements (for interns), name cards, and relevant logistics or policy documents.
• Weekly updating Orgchart.
• Supporting Company Event: YEP, Outing Trip, Internal parties.
• Collecting and verifing required HR documents and personal files for new employees.
• Updating and communicating the monthly Referral Bonus status to relevant departments.
Completing the ad- hoc tasks as requested by Line Managers and Management.
PERSONAL SPECS
• High adaptable & flexible ability.
• Strong recruitment skill (evaluation- comment- negotiation) and team management skill.
• Smart problem solving.
• Be familiar with MS Office.
• Have 1- 3 years experience working as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Specialist, etc
• Good writing & communication in both English and Vietnamese.
