GENERAL MISSION:
To assist and ensure the efficiency of the people acquisition, employee engagement activities, and general assignments from the People & Culture Manager/ Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
Be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a wide range of activities and events to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
To the process of identifying and acquiring skilled talents to meet the hotel needs.

Knowledge and Experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Competencies
Service oriented with an eye for details
Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Good communication skills
Self- motivated and energetic
