Recruitment
Track and report basic recruitment metrics such as time- to- fill and quality of hire.
Execute the end- to- end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring recommendations.
Receive and review hiring requests from departments; advise on appropriate recruitment approaches.
Build, manage, and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
Coordinate with Line Managers throughout the interview and selection process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Training
Coordinate with departments to identify training needs based on job roles and performance gaps.
Plan and organize onboarding and internal training programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
Maintain training records, participant lists, and training materials.
Support the implementation of skill- based and professional training sessions.
Other HR Activities
Support other HR- related activities as assigned (employee engagement, probation review, HR support tasks).
Perform other duties as required by direct management.

Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Good planning, organizational, and follow- up abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and eager to learn.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment
Solid understanding of recruitment and training processes and HR fundamentals.
