Recruitment
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
Build and maintain candidate database
Post job ads, source and screen candidates
Arrange and coordinate interview schedules
Monitor probation, evaluate performance & process labor contracts
Receive and analyze hiring requests
Handle onboarding process for new hires
Develop recruitment plans based on department needs
Training
Collect and analyze company- wide training needs
Coordinate and organize internal training programs
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
Manage training records and data
Develop annual training plan and budget
Conduct orientation training for new employees
Administration
Prepare HR- related reports (medical, discipline, workforce…)
Conduct exit interviews and resignation reports
Handle disciplinary procedures and warnings
Manage employee insurance (Bao Viet)
Manage labor contracts (new, renewal)
Update organizational chart periodically
Others
Perform other tasks assigned by HR- AD Manager
Participate in internal/external audits when required
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Good command of written English
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment & training
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Good communication, proactive, responsible
