Regional Finance Manager

- Fluent English language skills (key)
- Accounting background (not required but preferred)
- Bachelor of Business Administration or MBA (key)
- 5 years working experience in similar field (minimum)

- Direct report to the International Finance Manager in Munich
- Act as a finance advisor to local General Managers and as a coach for 16 local finance managers
- Optimize local office cash flow
- Analyze, evaluate and implement standardized financial procedures in all offices
- Train and guide local finance managers to ensure quality
- Conduct quarterly visits to Asia offices to meet with local GMs and finance managers- - approximately 4 office visits per year- - offices located in Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Sydney, Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh, Rangoon, Dubai
- Ensure there is no fraud in local offices
- Support local finance projects (ERP implementation etc.)
- Support internal and external audits
Analyze and optimize tax processes
Ensure that accounting and reporting from local offices to Munich HQ is accurate and timely
