Regional Sales/Account Manager (Fintech)

You will act as a “hunter” for Major Accounts, partnering with Government Agencies, Financial Institutions (FIs), Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and large institutions to launch fully integrated cashless payment and IoT ecosystems.
Responsibilities
This is not a traditional hardware sales role; you will be an Ecosystem Builder. We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive the Unattended Retail revolution (vending & kiosks) while simultaneously spearheading our entry into high- impact sectors: Education/Campus, Healthcare, Environment, and Government Agencies.
Software & Solution Sales: Drive the adoption of STYL’s proprietary SaaS platforms, specifically Pacific- iVMS for vending telemetry and TeraBite for meal pre- ordering. You must be able to articulate how these platforms integrate with payment acquirers to digitize operations for F&B operators and facility managers.
Strategic FI & PSP Partnerships: Replicate our success in Singapore by pitching STYL’s “Smart School” ecosystem (wearables, canteen terminals, and parent apps) to regional Banks and Fintechs. Your specific goal is to identify and secure the next “POSB/DBS- style” partner in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand to launch a co- branded cashless program.
Local Integration and Maintenance Partnerships: Outside Vietnam, establish partnership with local system integrators who can support on- site deployment, provide maintenance and fulfill service level agreements.
Regional Market Development: Translate STYL’s capabilities into local success. Whether integrating a specific local e- wallet for a school canteen in Jakarta or adapting our kiosk software for a retail chain in Bangkok, you will tailor our offerings to fit local payment behaviors and regulations.
Unattended Retail Expansion: Secure pilot projects and commercial contracts for Smart Vending and Self- Service Kiosks. Target F&B chains, vending operators, and system integrators who require a “one- stop” ODM partner for hardware and firmware solutions.
Event Strategy & Marketing Collaboration: You will not just attend events; you will drive our regional presence. Proactively scout for high- impact trade shows (Retail Tech, EdTech, Fintech) and collaborate with Marketing to secure booth exhibitions or speaking slots. Your objective is to maximize ROI through high- quality lead capture and brand visibility.

Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Proficiency in other regional languages (Malay/Bahasa, Thai) is advantageous.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the region to facilitate partner meetings and execute events.
Banking/Partner Expertise: A proven track record of partnering with or selling to Financial Institutions (Banks) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). You possess the strategic acumen to navigate complex partnership structures and co- branded deal negotiations.
Experience: 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focused background in IoT, SaaS, Digital Payments, or Fintech. Experience selling to Government or Public Sectors is highly valued.
Event Management Savvy: Experience in identifying relevant trade shows and coordinating with marketing teams to execute successful events. You understand how to turn a booth presence into a sales pipeline.
Regional Network: Existing relationships with banks, international schools, retail conglomerates, or government agencies in Southeast Asia (specifically Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines) are a strong plus.
Solution Selling Mastery: Demonstrated success in selling “Platform- as- a- Service” or integrated hardware- software ecosystems (e.g., POS systems, Campus Management Systems, Vending Telemetry).
