Job Description
Research competitors’ activities (pricing, products, policies) and recommend strategic initiatives.
Manage, assign, and supervise the activities of the sales team; conduct regular training and performance evaluations (including GT and MT channels).
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to ensure sales and profit targets are met.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends; propose solutions and pricing mechanisms to maintain competitiveness.
Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Accounting teams to effectively implement sales programs and customer services.
Understand the full product portfolio (core products, new products, and slow- moving items) to guide sales strategies.
Maintain, care for, and expand existing customers while developing new accounts; directly handle key accounts and resolve critical issues.
Work closely with HR to execute and adjust recruitment plans in alignment with the company’s business strategy.

Requirements
Strong skills in planning, business analysis, channel management, and negotiation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Preferably experienced in stationery, children’s toys, or FMCG industries.
Excellent leadership, team motivation, and decision- making abilities; capable of working under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital data management tools.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C), with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position (Supervisor/Manager/Deputy Manager).
