Regulatory & Claims Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end- to- end claims development, from evidence generation to documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal standards.
• Represent R&D/Regulatory in product launch events and discussions.
• Plan and execute claims- related tests (lab, sensory, consumer validation) and deliver results on time.
• Translate technical insights and consumer understanding into clear product claims and demonstrations.
• Control materials, especially for social and market- launch activities.
• Support regulatory submissions, FDA- related data requirements, and responses to consumer complaints.
• Track competitor products and claims to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic gaps.
• Collaborate with external labs, institutes, and universities for product testing when necessary.
• Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory teams to align product messaging.
