Prepare, cook, and fulfill orders efficiently and consistently, followinag standardized recipes and processes.
Support other administrative tasks such as documenting recipes, preparing job aids, and calculating food costs.
Assist in the inception and operational setup of new brands, taking charge of kitchen operations during the pilot phase.
Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine new menu items for Pizza Hut Vietnam and other emerging brands in the JRG portfolio.
Ensure quality control and timely order fulfillment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.

Yêu cầu công việc
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Basic English skills for reading comprehension.
Ability to work independently and follow through with tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately.
A passion for the F&B industry and enthusiasm for hands- on roles in a professional kitchen.
Prior kitchen experience is preferable, but on- the- job training is also provided.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with chefs and other team members.
Availability to commit 8 hours per day, 5 weekdays per week, for 3- 6 months.
Academic background in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is a plus.
Basic familiarity with kitchen operations: understanding cooking techniques, handling ingredients, and following recipes accurately.
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast- paced kitchen environment.
Detail- oriented approach to ensure precision in recipe execution and order fulfillment.
