Gain hands- on experience in professional hotel operations, with exposure to real- life reservation workflows, coordination with Front Office and other departments.
Improve communication, customer service, and English skills through daily interaction with guests, internal teams, and reservation- related documentation.
Support daily booking handling and assist with customer service tasks, including responding to guest inquiries via email, phone, and online channels in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with reservation systems and major OTA platforms (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) to manage room inventory, update rates, and ensure booking accuracy.
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, and Email, to support daily reservation tasks and reporting requirements.
Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal teams in both written and spoken English.
Careful, responsible, and detail- oriented, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a professional working environment.
