As a Reservation Intern, you will support our Reservations team in creating seamless booking experiences and providing personalized service to future guests. You will play a key role in the guest journey before their arrival – ensuring every detail is cared for with warmth and professionalism.
La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is looking for a passionate and detail- oriented Reservation Intern to join our elegant beachfront retreat.

Main Responsibilities:
Enter and update guest booking information into the resort’s reservation management system.
Assist in handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales departments to ensure smooth check- in and guest experience.
Help solve booking- related issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations.
Provide information about room rates, availability, resort facilities, and promotions.
Support in managing group bookings and special requests.
Confirm bookings, send reservation details to guests, and provide pre- arrival information.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Detail- oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Hospitality or tourism major (or a related field)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Good communication skills, with basic English proficiency
- Passionate about guest service and hotel operations
- Internship duration: minimum 3 months
