Reservation Supervisor

Coordinate with Sales and Operation teams to ensure smooth tour execution
Manage and supervise hotel reservation operations for both group and individual bookings with hotel partners to negotiate rates, manage allotments, and confirm bookings
Ensure service quality and promptly handle urgent situations
Assign tasks and oversee team performance
Monitor room availability and handle any booking- related issues

Good command of English (spoken and written)
Experience in reservations or OTA platforms (tourism industry preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
