Inform on any problems in their assigned residence to butler supervisor or dept. heads.
Have the product and service knowledge to be able to respond on the guests’ requests.
Perform a courteous and professional service at all times.
Maintain the personal service to the guests by giving the details attention to the guests.
Assist and perform any other duties directed by Butler supervisor or dept. heads.
Provide the correct and complete tools and equipment in the assigned Residence in order to provide the outstanding level of service.
Perform an up- selling procedures to maximize revenue.
Assist the butler supervisor or dept heads in filling related documents upon departmental issues or reports.
Perform the best ability to the guests.
Anticipate the guests’ needs by observing, asking or reading the profiles.
Continuously maintain the cleanliness and maintenance in the assigned Residence.
Assist the butler supervisor/manager in doing monthly inventory in all the Residences.
Maintain the communication with butler supervisor or dept. heads.
Reporting Line: Residence Butler Supervisor – Assistant Residence Butler Manager (Báo cáo: Giám sát BP Quản gia – Trợ lý Quản lý BP Quản gia).
Attend the training or refreshment conducted by the butler supervisor or dept. heads.
Continuously notice of any information coming to the concerned outlet (e.g. memo).
Understand and adhere to Amanoi policies and procedures.
Perform a standard of personal grooming and hygiene meet those standard outlined by Amanoi resorts.
Provide all preparation and mise en –place in the assigned residence before service time.
Carefully do the job in order to minimize breakages and wastages.
Fulfill the guests’ requests and liaise closely with butler supervisor or dept. heads.
Perform the best quality and service as Amanoi standard.
Report upon the coming in the outlet to the butler supervisor / residence manager.
Attend the briefing conducted by the butler supervisor or dept. heads.
Adhere and follow to the concerned outlet service sequence and Standard Operational Procedure.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of hospitality standards and attention to detail.
Polite, calm, and composed demeanor.
Team player with high responsibility.
Experience / Kinh nghiệm: Experienced in F&B or FO service in 5* hospitality organizations at least 1- 2 years.
Skills / Kỹ năng: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Competencies / Phẩm chất cá nhân: Professional grooming, discreet, and service- oriented.
Education / Trình độ học vấn: High school diploma above.
Vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
Ability to work independently with less supervision.
Good physical condition for operational duties.
Additional Requirements / Yêu cầu bổ sung: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Able to work under pressure.
Additional languages (like Russian, Mandarin, Korean, …) are a bonus.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
