● Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines set by the Company
● Ensure restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals and objectives
● Plan and update staff roster timely
● Perform regular inventory checks
● Conduct on- the- job training to motivate and build team members’ skills
● Responsible for day- to- day restaurant operations with responsibilities involving sales, service, staff management and customer handling
● Manage staff’ onboarding, performance, conflict and/or discipline matters
● Review, revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet the changing needs of restaurant operations
● Other ad- hoc operational duties as and when assigned
